With over two decades of experience in the home building and development industry, Chad has established a remarkable career marked by dedication, expertise, and honesty. Beginning in 1999, Chad worked as an Accounting Manager for a national home builder/developer in Bonita Springs, FL, where he honed his financial acumen and industry knowledge. In 2005, Chad started his role as Chief Financial Officer with leading developer in Naples, FL, a position he held until 2018.
In 2017, Chad acquired Monarch Builders, a local remodeling company. Since the acquisition, he has grown the company from a modest team of two to a full-service Design/Build firm with seven employees. Under Chad's leadership, Monarch Builders has become synonymous with quality and excellence in southwest Florida market.
Recognizing the demand for design services in our area, Chad founded Monarch Design. This sister company works in tandem with Monarch Builders' clients to provide comprehensive design services for remodels, renovations, and new custom builds.

Beyond his professional achievements, Chad is a devoted family person. Married to his wife Danielle for 12 years, they are proud parents to two wonderful children, Maximus and Bianca. He has been a resident of Naples, FL since 1998.
